Liz Bing is the Chief of Staff at Silicon Legal Strategy.

In this role, she partners with the managing partner and firm leadership to advance strategic initiatives, strengthen operations, and foster the people-focused culture that defines SLS. She acts as a connector across teams, helping align day-to-day priorities with long-term vision.

Liz brings over a decade of experience as an executive assistant, a career that gave her a front-row seat to leadership at every level and across diverse industries—from higher education to fast-growing startups. This background shaped her collaborative approach and her belief that great organizations thrive when people feel supported, connected, and empowered to do their best work.

She earned her undergraduate degree in English from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys hitting the trails for a weekend hike, curling up with a good novel, and spending time with her family.
