Rupa Bhandari is the Vice President of Organizational Development at Silicon Legal and plays a strategic role in the overall management of the firm as it continues to scale while also maintaining its people-focused culture. Rupa empowers the legal practice by collaborating with all the departments to develop and refine processes that drive increased efficiency, more robust team communication, and even better client service.

Prior to joining SLS, Rupa held leadership positions in law schools as Assistant Dean for Career Management at Santa Clara University School of Law and prior to that as Assistant Dean for Student Services at UC Hastings College of the Law where she managed the departments, worked on improving the systems and culture, and advised students on their careers by supporting their professional development and formation. Prior to that, she was an attorney at Gordon & Rees LLP. Rupa received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and her B.A.s in English and Communication Studies from UCLA.

When not at work, Rupa enjoys baking, swimming, and spending time with her family which includes two 80lb labradoodle mix rescues.
