Silicon Legal Welcomes Former Goodwin Associate Milan Kumar

Denver, CO – Silicon Legal Strategy announced today that Milan Kumar has joined the firm as an associate in its Denver office. Milan advises emerging companies at every stage of the corporate life cycle, including entity formation, general business and corporate governance matters, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Silicon Legal, Milan was an associate in Goodwin Procter LLP’s Technology group in Boston, where she advised technology companies and venture capital investors in connection with entity formations, venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Goodwin, Milan advised public and private companies at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in Boston.

Milan received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
