San Francisco, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy announced today that Olivia Miranda has joined the firm as an associate in its San Francisco office. Olivia represents emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles, with an emphasis on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises venture capital investors on their investments in a broad range of technology companies across various sectors.
Prior to joining SLS, Olivia worked with technology startups and venture capital investors at Gunderson Dettmer in their New York office.
Olivia received her J.D. from University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, magna cum laude, and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
