Los Angeles, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy announced today that Aaliya Kapadia has joined the firm as an associate in its Los Angeles office. Aaliya advises ambitious startups and venture capital firms on key business milestones as well as day-to-day corporate guidance – from company formation and capital raises to board structure and M&A transactions.
Prior to joining SLS, Aaliya worked with startups and venture capital companies as an Associate with Orrick’s Technology Companies Group in Santa Monica. Before joining Orrick, Aaliya was an Associate at Fenwick & West in Santa Monica, where she provided a broad range of corporate services to startups and emerging companies in the technology, AI and life sciences sectors.
Aaliya received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, with a specialization in Public Interest Law and Policy and Critical Race Studies. She received her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Interpersonal Communication from Santa Clara University.
