Silicon Legal represented 01 Advisors as they joined Saturn’s $44MM Round.

Saturn is a time-based social network. They are on a mission to simplify chaotic high school schedules and connect students with the people and information that matter most.

The round was led by General Catalyst, Insight Partners and Coatue. In addition to 01 Advisors, various high profile angel investors participated in the round – including Bezos Expeditions and Marc Benioff.
