Silicon Legal represented 4CRisk.ai as they raised an $8 million Series A round.

4CRisk.ai protects customer’s brands and strengthens revenues by accelerating enhanced decision making around the compliance landscape.

The round was led by Cloud Apps Capital Partners and included participation from Touchdown Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Guy Ladetzky, P. Charu Satia, Travis Robertson, John Koerper and Sarah Lederman.
