Silicon Legal represented lead investor Munich Re Ventures, as they provided $4MM in additional funding to Sepio System’s Series A Financing, bringing the round total to $15MM.

Sepio System’s cyber security software protects users against malicious hardware attacks. In addition to Munich Re Ventures, the round included additional investment from Hanaco Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Gaurav Mathur, Ryan Southerland, Meghan Fitzpatrick, and Noah Driggs.
