Silicon Legal represented AnyRoad as they raised a $47MM Series B Round.

AnyRoad is the leading Experience Relationship Management (ERM) platform enabling global brands to properly measure, scale, and implement their offline and online experiences.

The round was led by funds and accounts managed by BlackRock with participation from Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Runa Capital, and Kaiser Permanente. Existing investors Rally Ventures, Precursor Ventures and Day One Ventures, as well as newcomers Commonfund and Corner Ventures, also participated in the oversubscribed round.

The Silicon Legal client team included Guy Ladetzky, Andre Gharakhanian, Rebecca Tseng Grant, Charlie Clark, and Stephanie Beccerra.
