Stephanie is a senior paralegal at Silicon Legal Strategy.  She assists clients with incorporations, private equity and debt financings.  She also has experience with equity plan administration, capitalization table maintenance, and general corporate governance matters.

She received her undergraduate degree from University of California, Santa Cruz and her Paralegal Certificate from De Anza College.

Outside the office, Stephanie enjoys wine tasting, visiting Disneyland and attending country music festivals.
