Silicon Legal represented Iterative Health as they raised a $77 million Series C Round.

Iterative Health is a healthcare technology and services company empowering the acceleration of clinical research to improve patient outcomes.

The round was led by Intrepid Growth Partners and GV (Google Ventures) with participation from EDBI, a family office, Insight Partners and Obvious Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Iterative Health client team includes Gaurav Mathur, Brian Schlinkert, Charlie Clark, Joe Kim, and Stephanie Becerra.
