Silicon Legal represented Armory as they raised a $40 million Series C round, bringing total company raise to more than $82 million.

Armory’s platform allows continuous software delivery via Spinnaker at enterprise scale to ship better software, faster. The round was led by B Capital, and included new money investment from Lead Edge Capital and Marc Benioff. Existing investors Insight Partners, Crosslink Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, Mango Capital, Y Combinator and Javelin Venture Partners also participated.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Ian Peck, Ryan Southerland, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Travis Robertson and Lisa Morgan.
