Silicon Legal represented Avatour as they raised a $2.9MM Series Seed Round.

Avatour allows a host to use a low-cost 360-degree mobile camera onsite to broadcast video to up to 20 remote guests, who can then view the scene in immersive virtual or augmented reality as if they were actually present. The round was led by Ulu Ventures with participation from Merus Capital, 500 Startups, Plug and Play Tech Center and NTT DOCOMO Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Rebecca Tseng Grant, Kevin Morrissey and Cassie Grant.
