Silicon Legal represented Brand Foundry Ventures as they co-led Vizit’s $10 million Series A round.

Vizit’s patented AI-powered Visual Brand Performance Platform enables teams to measure, manage and optimize their image effectiveness at every step of the consumer journey.

The round was co-led by Brand Foundry Ventures and Infinity Ventures, with participation from eGateway Capital, Lakefront Partners, Lubar and Co., and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, Adam Derry, Chris Rosene, Travis Robertson, and John Koerper.
