Silicon Legal represented Brand Foundry Ventures as they joined Ledgebrook’s $65 million Series C round.

Ledgebrook is a technology-focused provider in the Excess and Surplus Lines insurance sector.

The round was led by The Stephens Group and included investments from, in addition to Brand Foundry Ventures, Duquesne, Floating Point, American Family Ventures, and Hummingbird Nomads.

Silicon Legal’s Brand Foundry Ventures client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Coleman Cannon, John Koerper, and Steve James.
