Silicon Legal represented Brand Foundry Ventures as they led CollX’s $5.5 million seed round.

CollX provides a free mobile app to card enthusiasts that allows them to scan their trading cards to determine and track the value of their collection.

In addition to Brand Foundry Ventures, the round included investments from Next Coast Ventures, FJ Labs, 114 Ventures, Ben Franklin Technology Partners, and Morrison Seger Venture Capital Partners.

Silicon Legal’s Brand Foundry client team includes Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, Adam Derry, Chris Rosene, John Koerper, and Travis Robertson.
