Silicon Legal represented Builder.io as they raised a $14MM Series A round.

Builder.io helps customers build and optimize digital experiences on any tech stack/platform.

The round was led by Greylock with participation from Imaginary Ventures and several angel investors, including Everlane founder and CEO Michael Preysman, Hopin CTO Anthony Kennada and Datadog COO Adam Blitzer.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Michael Young, Charlie Clark, Corin Medrano and Sarah Lederman.
