Silicon Legal represented BuildOps as they raised a $127 million Series C round.

BuildOps is developing field service management tools for commercial contractors.

The round was led by Meritech Capital with participation from Bond Capital, SE Ventures, Fika Ventures, Next47, StepStone Group, and Titanium Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s BuildOps client team includes Gaurav Mathur, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Madelyn Tarr, Navneet Mattu, and Lisa Schlinkert.
