Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they co-led Capchase’s $4.6 million seed round.

Capchase’s platform is a SaaS solution that enables businesses to accelerate and gather cash from customers who do not pay up front. In addition to Caffeinated Capital, the financing was co-led by Bling Capital and SciFi VC, and included additional participation from BoxGroup, ONEVC, and a select group of angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, Jackie Sheely and Bryce Wilson.
