Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they co-led Polywork’s $28 million Series B round.

Polywork is a professional social network where you share the unique intersection of what you do and who you are.

In addition to Caffeinated Capital, the round was co-led by Nat Friedman, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Baron Davis, Bungalow Capital, and various other angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Natasha Hsieh, Coleman Cannon, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Charlie Clark and Chris Rosene.
