Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Aven’s $142 million Series D round.

Aven is a FinTech company offering consumer credit cards backed by home equity.

The round was led by Khosla Ventures and General Catalyst, with participation from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, Electric Capital, Founders Fund, and The General Partnership.

Silicon Legal’s Caffeinated Capital client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Coleman Cannon, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Charlie Clark, and Carson Jackson.
