Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital, as they joined CIONIC’s $12.5 million Series A round.

CIONIC builds wearable solutions that provide comprehensive analysis and precise augmentation to enhance human performance and improve quality of life.

The round was led by BlueRun Ventures and included participation from Caffeinated Capital, EPIC Ventures, JobsOhio Growth Capital Fund, and LDV Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Natasha Hsieh, Coleman Cannon, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Charlie Clark and Chris Rosene.
