Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Onebrief’s $200 million Series D financing.

Onebrief is an AI-powered platform designed for the military that enables commands to optimize workflows and transform operations through planning, wargaming, simulation, and real-time decision support.

The round was led by Battery Ventures and Sapphire Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, Salesforce Ventures, General Catalyst, and Insight Partners.

Silicon Legal’s Caffeinated Capital client team includes Coleman Cannon, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Charlie Clark, and Michelle Chern.
