Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Polywork’s $13MM Series A Round.

Polywork is a professional social networking platform that allows users to share highlights in a timeline format, blending both personal and professional updates.

The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, Goldcrest Capital, Bungalow Capital, 20VC and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Tate-Naghi and Charlie Clark.
