Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Virta Health’s $65 million round, bringing total company raise to over $230 million and a reported valuation of $1.1 billion.

Virta Health is the first clinically-proven treatment to safely and sustainably reverse type 2 diabetes and other chronic metabolic diseases without the use of medications or surgery. The financing was led by the growth capital and public investment arm of Sequoia Capital. The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, and Bryce Wilson.
