Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they led Polywork’s $3.5MM Seed round.

Polywork is a new professional social network.

The round was led by Caffeinated Capital with participation from founders of YouTube (Steve Chen), Twitch (Kevin Lin), PayPal (Max Levchin), VSCO (Joel Flory), Behance (Scott Belsky), Worklife VC (Brianne Kimmel) and other angels.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, and Bryce Wilson.
