Silicon Legal represented Calibrate Ventures as they joined Regard’s $61 million Series B round.

Regard is a comprehensive, automated diagnosis tool that streamlines clinical and revenue cycle efforts to improve patient safety and hospital finances.

The round was led by Oak HC/FT and included investments from, in addition to Calibrate Ventures, Cedars-Sinai Health Ventures, TenOneTen, and Techstars.
