Silicon Legal represented Core Ventures Group as they joined Zippin’s $12 million Series A financing.

Zippin is a company that offers checkout-free technology for brick and mortar retail. The financing was led by Evolv Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Core Ventures Group, SAP.iO, Scrum Ventures, Arca Continental, Nomura Research Institute, NTT DOCOMO Ventures, Maven Ventures, Pear Ventures and Montage Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, Ian Peck, Meghan Fitzpatrick, and Natasha Arora.
