Silicon Legal represented Core Ventures as they joined Ockam’s $4.9 million Series Seed financing.

Ockam is a company that offers tools that help builders create IoT systems they can trust. In addition to Core Ventures, Okta Ventures, SGH Capital, and Future Ventures participated in the round.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, Ian Peck, Meghan Fitzpatrick, and Natasha Arora.
