Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they joined CapStack’s $6 million Round.

CapStack is developing the first “bank-to-bank marketplace,” enabling cooperation across banks and other financial services institutions in order to drive profitability and asset diversification.

The round was led by Fin Capital and included investments from, in addition to Cowboy Ventures, Alloy Labs, Cambrian Ventures, Future Perfect Ventures, Gaingels, Selah Ventures, Uncorrelated Ventures, and Valor Equity Partners.

Silicon Legal’s Cowboy Ventures client team includes Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland, Madelyn Tarr, Larry Suh, and Vishal Ganesan.
