Larry Suh is a managing associate at Silicon Legal Strategy.  Larry represents technology companies at every stage of the corporate life cycle, including entity formation, general business and corporate governance matters, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions.  Larry also advises venture capital investors on their investments into technology companies of every stage and level of sophistication.

Prior to joining SLS, Larry was an associate at Fenwick & West LLP, where he advised startups, late-stage private companies, public companies and venture capital investors. Larry received his J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law, where he served as Online Executive Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review, and his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

When not at work, Larry enjoys golfing during the summer months, skiing during the winter months, and pub trivia games all year round.
