Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Ohana Subleasing Co.’s $3 million Seed round.

Ohana Subleasing Co. is developing a central housing marketplace for America’s college students.

The round was led by Wave Capital and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Lightbank, and several angel investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Bryce Wilson, Larry Suh, Carson Jackson, and Nicole Nazarian.
