Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Lumos’ $35 million Series B round.

Lumos is developing an employee identity application that automates user lifecycle management for companies.

The round was led by Scale Venture Partners and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Andreessen Horowitz, Harpoon Ventures, and others.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Bryce Wilson, Larry Suh, Carson Jackson, and Nicole Nazarian.
