Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Remark’s $10.3 million Seed round.

Remark is bringing the in-store shopping experience online by pairing shoppers with real product experts who can guide them through the purchase journey.

The round included investments from, in addition to Neo, Spero Ventures, Stripe, Shine Capital, Sugar Capital, Visible Ventures, and several angel investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Bryce Wilson, Larry Suh, Carson Jackson, and Nicole Nazarian.
