Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they joined Crunchbase’s $30 million Series C financing.

Crunchbase is an online directory and database that has company-related information. The financing was led by Omers Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Cowboy Ventures, Emergence, Mayfield, and Verizon.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland, Michael Young, and Noah Driggs.
