Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they joined Homebase’s $60 million Series D round.

Homebase is the everything app for hourly teams with scheduling, time clocks, payroll, and HR.

The round was led by L Catterton Growth and included investments from, in addition to Cowboy Ventures, Emerson Collective, Notable Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, Khosla Ventures, and PLUS Capital.

Silicon Legal’s Cowboy Ventures client team includes Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland, Madelyn Tarr, Larry Suh, and Vishal Ganesan.
