Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they joined Hone’s $16 million Series A round.

The round was led by F-Prime Capital, and included investments from, in addition to Cowboy Ventures, NextGen Venture Partners, Slack Fund, Gaingels, Swift Ventures, and SemperVirens.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland and Michael Young.
