Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they joined Tally’s $80MM Series D round.

Tally is a consumer tech company pioneering full-service financial automation.

The round was led by Sway Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Cowboy Ventures, Menora Mivtachim, Kleiner Perkins, Andreessen Horowitz and Shasta Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland, Larry Suh and Vishal Ganesan.
