Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they led Mintive’s $7 million Seed Round.

Mintive is an agent identity and management platform that helps IT teams control and monitor the AI agents used across an enterprise.

In addition to Cowboy Ventures, the round included investments from Coatue, Operator Collective, Hustle Fund, and several angel investors.
