Silicon Legal represented Dassana as they raised a $5MM seed round.

Dassana’s Cloud Log Lake is the industry’s first consumption-based logging solution.

The round was led by Dell Technologies Capital, with participation from various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Larry Suh and Derrick Metriyakool.
