Silicon Legal represented Daybreak Health as they raised a $13 million Series B round.

Daybreak Health partners with districts and schools to provide personalized mental health support to help students reach their full potential.

The round was led by Union Square Ventures with participation from Lux Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Maven Ventures, and Y Combinator.

Silicon Legal’s Daybreak Health client team includes P. Charu Satia, Andre Gharakhanian, Vishal Ganesan, and Stephanie Becerra.
