Silicon Legal represented DoorList as they raised a $3M Seed round.

DoorList is a social-first events platform that lets users manage their social calendar and enables hosts to quickly and efficiently create events.

The round was raised with participation from Felton Group LLC (Jaffray Woodriff), Neo, Service Provider Capital and various individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s DoorList client team includes Sarah Boulden, Madelyn Tarr and Corin Medrano.
