Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they co-led Poly’s $3.9 million seed round.

Poly uses proprietary AI technology to make it easy for 3D modelers, game devs, and artists to create 4K UHD, commercially licensed textures with just a text prompt.

Felicis Ventures co-led the round with NextView Ventures and Bloomberg Beta, and the round included investments from Y Combinator, Figma Ventures, and the AI Grant.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, Natasha Hsieh, Chris Rosene, Mike Perez, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, and Ben Toussant.
