Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they co-led Kyklo’s $8.5 million seed round.

Kyklo is an NYC-based startup that offers business-to-business e-commerce and product content solutions to distributors in the electrical & automation industry.  In addition to Felicis, the financing was co-led by IA Ventures, and included additional participation from Jungle Ventures, partners at Wavemaker, Seedplus and a select group of angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez and Noah Driggs.
