Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they co-led Weights & Biases’ $135 million Series C round.

Weights & Biases helps companies turn deep learning research projects into deployed software by helping teams track their models, visualize model performance and easily automate training and improving models.

In addition to investments from Felicis Ventures, the round included Insight Partners, BOND and Coatue.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Bryce Wilson and Chris Rosene.
