Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Alloy’s $100 million Series C round.

Alloy is an Identity Decisioning Platform that helps banks and fintech companies automate their decisions, approve more good customers and outmaneuver fraud.

The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Canapi Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners and Avid Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Noah Driggs, Bryce Wilson and Chris Rosene.
