Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Canva’s $200MM Round.

Canva is an online design and publishing tool with a mission to empower everyone in the world to design anything and publish anywhere. Canva is now valued at $40B.

The round was led by T. Rowe Price, with participation from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Franklin Templeton, Sequoia Capital Global Equities, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greenoaks Capital, Dragoneer Investments, Blackbird and AirTree Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Noah Driggs and Bryce Wilson.
