Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined CodeSignal’s $25 million Series B round.

CodeSignal is a San Francisco-based startup developing an automated, technical recruiting software. The financing round was led by Menlo Ventures, and included investment from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Capital One Ventures, CM Ventures, Human Capital, TripHammer Ventures, E.ventures, A Capital, and Correlation Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
