Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Counterpart’s $10MM Round.

Counterpart is a management liability insurtech startup that fosters deeper partnerships between brokers and insureds. The round was led by Valor Equity Partners with participation from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Susa Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Noah Driggs, and Bryce Wilson.
