Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Counterpart’s $30 million Series B round.

Counterpart offers management liability insurance products and services that help small businesses be the best version of themselves.

The round was led by Vy Capital, and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Valor Equity Partners.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Bryce Wilson, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
